Publics concernés : fonctionnaires de France Télécom et fonctionnaires appartenant au corps des contrôleurs divisionnaires de La Poste.
Objet : statut particulier du corps des contrôleurs divisionnaires de France Télécom.
Entrée en vigueur : le texte entre en vigueur le premier jour du mois qui suit sa publication.
Notice : le décret crée un nouveau statut pour le corps des contrôleurs divisionnaires de France Télécom.
Il transpose, en les adaptant à la spécificité et à l'architecture des corps de France Télécom, les mesures de revalorisation de carrière mises en œuvre dans les corps de catégorie B de la fonction publique de l'Etat. Il prévoit une revalorisation de carrière des contrôleurs divisionnaires de France Télécom. Il crée trois échelons supplémentaires.

Sur le rapport du ministre de l'économie, des finances et de l'industrie et du ministre de la fonction publique,
Vu la loi n° 83-634 du 13 juillet 1983 modifiée portant droits et obligations des fonctionnaires, ensemble la loi n° 84-16 du 11 janvier 1984 modifiée portant dispositions statutaires relatives à la fonction publique de l'Etat ;
Vu la loi n° 90-568 du 2 juillet 1990 modifiée relative à l'organisation du service public de la poste et à France Télécom, notamment ses articles 29 et 29-1 ;
Vu le décret n° 64-953 du 11 septembre 1964 modifié relatif au statut particulier du corps des contrôleurs...
