Le Premier ministre,
Sur le rapport du ministre de l'intérieur, de l'outre-mer, des collectivités territoriales et de l'immigration,
Vu le traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne, notamment son article 355 ;
Vu la loi n° 61-813 du 29 juillet 1961 modifiée conférant aux îles Wallis et Futuna le statut de territoire d'outre-mer, ensemble le décret n° 57-811 du 22 juillet 1957 relatif aux attributions de l'assemblée territoriale, du conseil territorial et de l'administrateur supérieur des îles Wallis et Futuna ;
Vu l'ordonnance n° 2000-371 du 26 avril 2000 relative aux conditions d'entrée et de séjour des étrangers dans les îles Wallis et Futuna, notamment ses articles 13 et 13-1 dans leur rédaction résultant de l'ordonnance n° 2007-98 du 25 janvier 2007 ;
Vu la saisine de l'assemblée territoriale des îles Wallis et Futuna en date du 10 février 2010 ;
Le Conseil d'Etat (section de l'intérieur) entendu,
Décrète :
Les ressortissants mentionnés au premier alinéa du I de l'article 13-1 de l'ordonnance du 26 avril 2000 susvisée peuvent solliciter la délivrance d'une carte de séjour d'une durée de validité de vingt ans renouvelable de plein droit portant la mention : « CE. ― Séjour permanent. ― Toutes activités professionnelles ».
