Le Premier ministre,
Sur le rapport de la garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice,
Vu le décret n° 74-449 du 15 mai 1974 modifié relatif au livret de famille et à l'information des futurs époux sur le droit de la famille ;
Le Conseil d'Etat (section de l'intérieur) entendu,
Décrète :
Dans le décret du 15 mai 1974 susvisé, il est rétabli un article 4 ainsi rédigé :
« Art. 4. ― Un livret de famille est remis, à leur demande, aux parents qui en sont dépourvus par l'officier de l'état civil qui a établi l'acte d'enfant sans vie.
Il comporte un extrait d'acte de naissance du ou des parents ainsi que l'indication d'enfant sans vie, la date et le lieu de l'accouchement.
