Le directeur central du service du commissariat des armées,
Vu le code de la défense, notamment son article R. 3232-4 ;
Vu le décret n° 2005-850 du 27 juillet 2005 relatif aux délégations de signature des membres du Gouvernement ;
Vu le décret n° 2006-975 du 1er août 2006 portant code des marchés publics ;
Vu le décret n° 2009-1178 du 5 octobre 2009 portant organisation de l'administration centrale du ministère de la défense ;
Vu l'arrêté du 14 décembre 2009 portant organisation du service du commissariat des armées,
Décide :
Délégation est donnée aux personnes désignées ci-après pour signer, au nom du ministre de la défense, les marchés et accords-cadres de fournitures, de services et de travaux, dans le cadre de la conduite du changement, dans la limite des attributions du service du commissariat des armées et de cent vingt fois le seuil des marchés passés selon la procédure adaptée, tel que défini au II de l'article 26 du décret du 1er août 2006 susvisé :
1. M. le commissaire général Jean-Pierre Dupuy, adjoint au directeur central du service du commissariat des armées ;
2. M. le commissaire général André Fourès, adjoint au directeur central du service du commissariat des armées ;
3. M. le commissaire colonel Bertrand Dumont, au sein de la cellule de conduite du changement Terre ;
4. M. le commissaire colonel Gérard Allot, au sein de la cellule de la conduite du changement Terre ;
5. M. le commissaire lieutenant-colonel Alain Adnot, au sein de la cellule de conduite du changement Terre ;
6. M. le commissaire lieutenant-colonel Pierre-Olivier Quatrepoint, au sein de la cellule de conduite du changement Terre...
