IL DEFINIT, DE PART ET D'AUTRE DE L'INFRASTRUCTURE DES SECTEURS DE NUISANCE, DIRECTEMENT FONCTION DES NIVEAUX SONORES. ART. 4 : DEFINIT LA FACON DE DETERMINER LE NIVEAU SONORE D'UNE INFRASTRUCTURE. ART. 5: LE PREFET RECENSE LES INFRASTRUCTURES DE TRANSPORTS TERRESTRES ET DETERMINE PAR ARRETE LES SECTEURS AFFECTES PAR LE BRUIT, LES NIVEAUX SONORES A PRENDRE EN COMPTE POUR LA CONSTRUCTION DE BATIMENTS DANS SES SECTEURS, ET LES ISOLEMENTS DE FACADE REQUIS. ART. 6 : UNE COMMUNE PEUT, A SON INITIATIVE, PROPOSER AU PREFET UN PROJET DE CLASSEMENT DES INFRASTRUCTURES DE TRANSPORTS TERRESTRES SUR SON TERRITOIRE.
