Le Premier ministre,
Sur le rapport du ministre d'Etat, ministre de l'économie, des finances et de l'industrie,
Vu le décret n° 47-233 du 23 janvier 1947 modifié autorisant les ministres à déléguer, par arrêté, leur signature ;
Vu le décret n° 93-1272 du 1er décembre 1993 modifié relatif à l'organisation de l'administration centrale du ministère de l'industrie, des postes et télécommunications et du commerce extérieur ;
Vu le décret n° 96-1092 du 13 décembre 1996 portant création du Conseil général des technologies de l'information ;
Vu le décret n° 2002-893 du 15 mai 2002 relatif aux attributions du ministre de l'économie, des finances et de l'industrie ;
Vu le décret du 30 mars 2004 portant nomination du Premier ministre ;
Vu le décret du 31 mars 2004 modifié relatif à la composition du Gouvernement ;
Vu l'arrêté du 12 février 2003 portant nomination du vice-président du Conseil général des technologies de l'information,
Décrète :
Dans la limite de ses attributions, M. Jean-Michel Hubert, ingénieur général des télécommunications, vice-président du Conseil général des technologies de l'information, reçoit délégation permanente du ministre d'Etat, ministre de l'économie, des finances et de l'industrie, pour signer tous actes individuels ou réglementaires, à l'exclusion des arrêtés relatifs aux tableaux d'avancement et de nomination.
En cas d'absence ou d'empêchement de M. Jean-Michel Hubert, vice-président du Conseil général des technologies de l'information, M. Marc Oberlé, ingénieur général des télécommunications, secrétaire général, Mme Annick...
