L'Autorité de régulation des télécommunications,
Vu le code des postes et télécommunications, et en particulier son article L. 36-7 (6°) ;
Vu le décret du 3 février 1993 modifié relatif aux redevances de mise à disposition de fréquences radioélectriques et de gestion dues par les titulaires des autorisations délivrées en application des articles L. 33-1 et L. 33-2 du code des postes et télécommunications ;
Vu l'arrêté du 8 décembre 1994 modifié portant autorisation d'établissement d'un réseau radioélectrique ouvert au public en vue de l'exploitation d'un service de communication personnelle DCS F3 ;
Vu l'arrêté du 25 mars 2004 relatif au tableau national de répartition des bandes de fréquences ;
Vu la décision n° 98-957 modifiée, en date du 27 janvier 2004, portant attribution de ressources en fréquences à la société Bouygues Telecom (opérateur DCS F3) ;
Vu l'avenant, signé le 22 mars 2002, à l'accord particulier du 28 octobre 1997 entre le ministère de la défense et l'Autorité de régulation des télécommunications relatif aux modalités d'introduction des services mobiles terrestres civils dans les bandes 1700-2100 MHz et 900 MHz ;
Vu le courrier NMR 20050022/DEF/EMA/PI/BMNF/B2/NP du ministère de la défense, en date du 20 janvier 2005 ;
Vu la télécopie de la société Bouygues Telecom, en date du 14 février 2005, en réponse à la correspondance de l'Autorité en date du 10 février 2005 ;
