Par arrêté du ministre de la transition écologique et de la cohésion des territoires en date du 23 novembre 2023, est autorisée au titre de l'année 2024, l'ouverture d'un concours sur épreuves pour le recrutement d'élèves administrateurs des affaires maritimes.
Un concours sur épreuves est ouvert aux :
- candidats titulaires de l'un des diplômes exigés des candidats au concours externe de l'école nationale d'administration et âgés de vingt-six ans au plus au 1er janvier 2024.
Un concours sur épreuves est ouvert aux :
- militaires non officiers, fonctionnaires de catégorie B et agents non titulaires d'un niveau équivalent de l'Etat, des collectivités territoriales et des établissements publics qui en dépendent, y compris ceux visé à l'article 2 de la loi n° 86-33 du 9 janvier 1986 portant dispositions statutaires relatives à la fonction publique hospitalière, et les agents d'un niveau équivalent en fonctions dans une organisation intergouvernementale internationale, réunissant en cette qualité :
- au moins cinq ans de service, militaire ou civil ;
- titulaires d'un diplôme de fin de second cycle de l'enseignement secondaire général, technologique ou professionnel ou titre reconnu équivalent, ou d'un autre titre ou diplôme classé au moins au niveau IV ;
- officiers de la marine marchande, titulaires d'un diplôme de fin de second cycle de l'enseignement...
