Le ministre de la transition écologique et de la cohésion des territoires,
Vu l'ordonnance n° 2021-409 du 8 avril 2021 relative au transport fluvial et à la navigation intérieure ;
Vu le décret n° 2022-156 du 9 février 2022 relatif aux qualifications professionnelles en navigation intérieure ;
Vu l'arrêté du 27 avril 2022 relatif aux qualifications des équipages et à la conduite des bateaux de commerce en navigation intérieure ;
Vu l'article A. 4231-2-3 relatif aux organismes de formation du code des transports ;
Vu l'article A. 4231-2-11 relatif à la qualification d'homme de pont du code des transports ;
Vu ensemble la demande présentée par l'organisme de formation Ergo Conseil et Aménagement datée du 28 juin 2023 et ses compléments,
Arrête :
L'organisme de formation Ergo Conseil et Aménagement, dont le siège social est situé au 40, chemin du Gigot, 38340 Voreppe est agréé pour assurer la formation des candidats pour l'obtention de la qualification d'homme de pont.
L'agrément prendra fin le 27 août 2028.
L'organisme de formation Ergo Conseil et Aménagement, visé à l'article 1er assurant la formation pour la qualification d'homme de pont en navigation intérieure est tenu de se conformer aux dispositions de l'article A. 4231-2-6 du code des transports.
Le responsable de l'organisme de formation agréé par le présent arrêté tient, conformément aux dispositions de l'article A. 4231-2-7 du code des transports, un registre comportant notamment la liste des candidats aux épreuves théorique et...
