L'UE et le Monténégro signent un accord bilatéral d'adhésion à l'OMC

Le 15 avril 2008, l'Union européenne et le Monténégro ont signé un accord bilatéral d'adhésion du Monténégro à l'OMC, qui permet de conclure les négociations bilatérales entre l'Union et le Monténégro qui ont débuté en 2005. Il est à noter que la Communauté est le premier membre de l'OMC à conclure ses entretiens bilatéraux avec ce pays candidat. Les deux parties sont parvenues à un accord sur les droits de douane applicables aux échanges de biens et sur l'ouverture réciproque de leurs marchés des services.
