L’Assemblée nationale et le Sénat ont adopté,
Le Président de la République promulgue la loi dont la teneur suit :ARTICLE UNIQUE: MODIFICATION DE L'ART. 373 DE LA LOI 921336 DU 16-12-1992 RELATIVE A L'ENTREE EN VIGUEUR DU NOUVEAU CODE PENAL.
-FIXE AU 1 MARS 1994 LA DATE D'ENTREE EN VIGUEUR DES 5 PREMIERS LIVRES DU CODE PENAL.
-REPORTE LA DATE D'ENTREE EN VIGUEUR DU 1 SEPTEMBRE 1994 AU 1 SEPTEMBRE 1995 DANS LES TOM ET DANS LA COLLECTIVITE TERRITORIALE DE MAYOTTE.
LE REPORT DE L'ENTREE EN VIGUEUR DU NOUVEAU CODE PENAL A DONC POUR CONSEQUENCE DE MAINTENIR EN VIGUEUR LES DISPOSITIONS ACTUELLES SANCTIONNANT CERTAINES INFRACTIONS CONTRAVENTIONNELLES D'UNE PEINE D'EMPRISONNEMENT.
CES DISPOSITIONS N'ETANT PAS CONFORME A LA CONSTITUTION,ABROGATION DE L'ART. 465 DU CODE PENAL ET DES DISPOSITIONS RELATIVES A L'EMPRISONNEMENT DANS LES ART. 464 ET 474 DU MEME CODE
