Le Premier ministre,
Sur le rapport du ministre de l'économie, des finances et de l'industrie,
Vu la loi no 86-912 du 6 août 1986 modifiée relative aux modalités des privatisations ;
Vu le décret no 86-1140 du 24 octobre 1986 modifié pris pour l'application de la loi no 86-912 du 6 août 1986 relative aux modalités des privatisations ;
Vu le dossier transmis par le Crédit lyonnais SA le 8 août 1997,
Décrète :

LE CREDIT LYONNAIS SOUHAITE CEDER SA PARTICIPATION DE 56,8% DANS LE CAPITAL DE LA BANQUE ITALIENNE CREDITO BERGAMASCO.CETTE CESSION EST SOUMISE AUX DISPOSITIONS DE L'ART. 20 DE LA LOI 86912 DU 06-08-1986 RELATIVE AUX MODALITES DES PRIVATISATIONS.LES EFFECTIFS ET LE PRODUIT BANCAIRE DU CREDITO BERGAMASCO SONT INFERIEURS AUX SEUILS DETERMINANT LA SAISINE DE LA COMMISSION DE LA PRIVATISATION.
CETTE OPERATION SOULEVE 3 REMARQUES:
LA CESSION DES ACTIONS DU CREDITO BERGAMASCO S'INSCRIT DANS LE CADRE DES OPERATIONS DE DESENGAGEMENT DES MARCHES EUROPEENS EXIGES PAR LA COMMISSION EUROPEENNE EN CONTREPARTIE DE L'ACCEPTATION DES MESURES DE REDRESSEMENT DU CREDIT LYONNAIS;
