IL VEILLE A LA COORDINATION DE L'ACTION DES MINISTERES ET DE LA MISE EN OEUVRE DE LEURS MOYENS EN MATIERE DE SECURITE.
IL COMPREND,SOUS LA PRESIDENCE DU PREMIER MINISTRE,LE MINISTRE DE L'INTERIEUR,LE MINISTRE DE LA DEFENSE,LE GARDE DES SCEAUX,MINISTRE DE LA JUSTICE,LE MINISTRE CHARGE DES DOUANES.
