Sur le rapport du ministre de la culture et de la communication,
Vu le code de l'action sociale et des familles, notamment ses articles L. 114, L. 114-1 et L. 146-9 ;
Vu le code de la construction et de l'habitation, notamment ses articles L. 111-7 et L. 111-7-3 ;
Vu le code de l'éducation, notamment son article L. 112-4 ;
Vu le décret n° 2005-1617 du 21 décembre 2005 relatif aux aménagements des examens et concours de l'enseignement scolaire et de l'enseignement supérieur pour les candidats présentant un handicap ;
Vu l'avis du Conseil national consultatif des personnes handicapées du 9 juillet 2008,
Décrète :
Les dispositions du décret du 21 décembre 2005 susvisé sont applicables aux examens ou concours de l'enseignement supérieur qui relève de la tutelle ou du contrôle pédagogique du ministre chargé de la culture, à l'exception de celles du premier alinéa de l'article 6.
Au 5 de l'article 3 du décret du 21 décembre 2005 susvisé, après les mots : « du ministre chargé de l'enseignement supérieur », sont insérés les mots : «, du ministre chargé de la culture ».
