Le Premier ministre,
Sur le rapport de la ministre de la famille et de l'enfance,
Vu le décret n° 47-233 du 23 janvier 1947 modifié autorisant les ministres à déléguer, par arrêté, leur signature ;
Vu le décret n° 2000-685 du 21 juillet 2000 modifié relatif à l'organisation de l'administration centrale du ministère de l'emploi et de la solidarité et aux attributions de certains services ;
Vu le décret du 30 mars 2004 portant nomination du Premier ministre ;
Vu le décret du 31 mars 2004 modifié relatif à la composition du Gouvernement ;
Vu le décret n° 2004-322 du 8 avril 2004 relatif aux attributions du ministre de la famille et de l'enfance ;
Vu l'arrêté du 21 juillet 2000 portant organisation du service de l'information et de la communication ;
Vu l'arrêté du 29 janvier 2003 portant nomination de la chef de service de l'information et de la communication à l'administration centrale du ministère des affaires sociales, du travail et de la solidarité et du ministère de la santé, de la famille et des personnes handicapées ;
Vu l'arrêté du 14 avril 2004 portant délégation de signature (service de l'information et de la communication), Décrète :
En cas d'absence ou d'empêchement de Mme Agnès Plassart, chef du service de l'information et la communication, délégation est donnée à MM. Jean-Emmanuel Paillon et François Delalande, administrateurs civils, directement placés sous l'autorité de Mme Plassart, à l'effet de signer, dans la limite des attributions du service de l'information et de la communication et au nom de la ministre de la famille et de l'enfance...
