Le Conseil supérieur de l'audiovisuel,
Vu la loi n° 86-1067 du 30 septembre 1986 modifiée relative à la liberté de communication, notamment ses articles 22, 25, 26, 29-1, 29-3 et 44 ;
Vu la décision n° 2021-102 du 17 février 2021 relative à un appel aux candidatures pour l'exploitation de services de radio par voie hertzienne terrestre en modulation de fréquence à temps complet dans le ressort du comité territorial de l'audiovisuel de Nancy ;
Vu la lettre de la ministre de la culture en date du 10 mai 2021 relative à l'exercice du droit de priorité en faveur de la société nationale de programme Radio France pour la diffusion du service France Bleu Champagne-Ardenne à Rethel, Romilly-sur-Seine et Givet ;
Considérant ce qui suit :
1. Sur le fondement des dispositions de l'article 26 de la loi du 30 septembre 1986 susvisée, le Conseil a décidé, le 28 juillet 2021, d'accepter la demande du gouvernement d'accorder en priorité à la société nationale de programme Radio France le droit d'usage de la ressource radioélectrique nécessaire à l'accomplissement de ses missions de service public pour la diffusion du programme France Bleu Champagne-Ardenne à Rethel, Romilly-sur-Seine et Givet.
