Le ministre de l'équipement, des transports, du logement, du tourisme et de la mer,
Vu le code de l'aviation civile, notamment son article D. 252-1 ;
Vu l'arrêté du 25 novembre 1999 fixant le seuil pour déterminer les transporteurs aériens représentés au sein de la commission consultative économique unique pour les aéroports Charles-de-Gaulle et Paris-Orly ;
Vu l'arrêté du 25 novembre 1999 relatif à la composition et aux modalités du fonctionnement de la commission consultative économique unique pour les aéroports Charles-de-Gaulle et Paris-Orly ;
Vu l'arrêté du 15 novembre 2002 portant nomination du président de la commission consultative économique unique pour les aéroports Charles-de-Gaulle et Paris-Orly ;
Vu les unités de trafic réalisées par les transporteurs aériens sur les aérodromes de Paris - Charles-de-Gaulle et de Paris-Orly pendant l'année 2002,
Arrête :
Sont nommés membres de la commission consultative économique unique pour les aérodromes de Paris - Charles-de-Gaulle et de Paris-Orly, pour une durée de trois ans à compter de la date du présent arrêté :
1° En qualité de représentants d'Aéroports de Paris :
- le directeur général délégué finances et administration d'Aéroports de Paris ou son représentant ;
- le directeur général délégué clientèle et services d'Aéroports de Paris ou son représentant ;
- le directeur de l'aéroport de Paris-Orly ou son représentant ;
- le directeur de l'aéroport de Paris - Charles-de-Gaulle ou son représentant ;
- le directeur des grands travaux d'Aéroports de Paris ou son...
