Le ministre de l'économie, des finances et de l'industrie,

Vu l'article 7 de l'ordonnance no 59-2 du 2 janvier 1959 portant loi organique relative aux lois de finances ;

Vu la loi de finances et les textes portant ouverture et annulation de crédits pour 1998,

Arrête :

ANNULATION SUR 1998 D'UN CREDIT APPLICABLE AU BUDGET DES SERVICES DU PREMIER MINISTRE,I: SERVICES GENERAUX,TITRE III: DEPENSES DIVERSES LIEES AUX REIMPLANTATIONS D'ADMINISTRATION (CHAP. 37-07).
OUVERTURE SUR 1998 D'UN CREDIT APPLICABLE AUX BUDGETS DES MINISTERES DE:
L'AGRICULTURE ET DE LA PECHE,TITRE IV: AMELIORATION DES STRUCTURES AGRICOLES (CHAP. 44-41);
L'OUTRE-MER,TITRE IV: SUBVENTIONS DE CARACTERE FACULTATIF AUX COLLECTIVITES LOCALES DES DEPARTEMENTS D'OUTRE-MER,AUX BUDGETS LOCAUX DES TERRITOIRES D'OUTRE-MER ET A DIVERS ORGANISMES (CHAP. 41-91).
APPLICATION DE L'ART. 7 DE L'ORDONNANCE 592 DU 02-01-1959

Art. 1er. - Est annulé sur 1998 un crédit de 3 337 690 F applicable au budget et au chapitre mentionnés dans le tableau A annexé au présent arrêté.
