Vu l'article 7 de l'ordonnance no 59-2 du 2 janvier 1959 portant loi organique relative aux lois de finances ;
Vu la loi de finances et les textes portant ouverture et annulation de crédits pour 1997,
Arrête :

APPLICATION DE L'ART. 7 DE L'ORDONNANCE 592 DU 02-01-1959.
ANNULATION SUR 1997 D'UN CREDIT DE PAIEMENT APPLICABLE AU BUDGET DES SERVICES DU PREMIER MINISTRE,I: SERVICES GENERAUX,TITRE III: FONDS POUR LA REFORME DE L'ETAT (CHAP. 37-08).
OUVERTURE SUR 1997 D'UN CREDIT APPLICABLE AUX BUDGETS SUIVANTS:
INTERIEUR ET DECENTRALISATION,TITRE III: ADMINISTRATION PREFECTORALE,DEPENSES DIVERSES (CHAP. 37-10);
SERVICES DU PREMIER MINISTRE,I: SERVICES GENERAUX,TITRE III: ACTIONS DE FORMATION,DE PERFECTIONNEMENT ET DE MODERNISATION DANS L'ADMINISTRATION (CHAP. 34-94);
SERVICES FINANCIERS,TITRE III: DEPENSES D'INFORMATIQUE ET DE TELEMATIQUE (CHAP. 34-95). Art. 1er. - Est annulé sur 1997 un crédit de 6 930 000 F applicable au budget...
