Proposition par Bruxelles d'un nouveau règlement sur les cosmétiques

La Commission européenne a proposé de simplifier la législation européenne sur les produits cosmétiques. Avec ses 55 amendements, la directive européenne "cosmétiques" de 1976 était devenue un véritable "patchwork" sans terminologie cohérente. La proposition présentée aujourd'hui vise donc à renforcer la sécurité des produits tout en réduisant les coûts pour les entreprises. Avec cette proposition de nouveau règlement, la Commission poursuit espère garantir un niveau élevé de sécurité des produits cosmétiques en renforçant les aspects de responsabilité du fabricant et de surveillance sur le marché tout en réduisant la charge administrative inutile.
