Rapport de Bruxelles sur la mise en oeuvre par les Etats membres de la directive pour l'accueil des demandeurs d'asile

Le rapport évaluant la mise en œuvre par les Etats membres de la directive relative à des normes minimales pour l'accueil des demandeurs d'asile vient d'être publié par la Commission européenne. Cette «directive relative aux conditions d'accueil» a pour objet d'harmoniser les législations des Etats membres dans ce domaine. Les Etats membres, à l'exception de l'Irlande et du Danemark, devaient transposer la directive relative aux conditions d'accueil avant le 6 février 2005. Le rapport d'évaluation constate que cette directive a été transposée de manière satisfaisante dans la majorité des Etats membres : seuls quelques problèmes de nature horizontale liés à une transposition incorrecte ou à une mauvaise application de la directive ont été observés. Contrairement aux prévisions formulées suite à l'adoption de la directive, il semble que les Etats membres n'aient pas abaissé leurs normes antérieures...
