Publics concernés : membres des corps enseignants du premier et du second degré et conseillers principaux d'éducation.
Objet : indemnisation des remplacements de courte durée dans le second degré dans le cadre des parts fonctionnelles de l'indemnité de suivi et d'orientation des élèves et des missions de « référent harcèlement scolaire » dans les premier et second degrés.
Entrée en vigueur : le décret entre en vigueur le lendemain de la publication s'agissant des mesures relatives à la création de la mission « référent harcèlement scolaire » et au 1er septembre 2024 s'agissant de la mesure relative à la mission complémentaire de remplacement de courte durée.
Notice : ce décret ouvre la possibilité pour les corps enseignants du second degré de s'engager dans une première mission complémentaire de remplacement de courte durée dont le volume horaire ou la charge estimée de travail correspond à la moitié d'une de ces missions.
