Objet : adoption de la stratégie nationale pour la mer et le littoral (2024-2030).
Entrée en vigueur : le texte entre en vigueur le lendemain de sa publication.
Notice : la stratégie nationale pour la mer et le littoral constitue le cadre de référence pour l'ensemble des politiques publiques concernant la mer et le littoral. Elle présente une vision partagée de la mer et des littoraux à l'horizon 2030 et au-delà. Elle s'applique en Hexagone et dans les territoires ultramarins en fonction de leurs compétences propres.
Elle identifie quatre grandes priorités pour les six ans à venir : la neutralité carbone, la protection de la biodiversité, l'équité sociale et la compétitivité d'une économie bleue durable.
Elle présente dix-huit objectifs pour atteindre ces priorités avec des mesures concrètes et des indicateurs permettant de suivre régulièrement la mise en œuvre de la stratégie.
