Publics concernés : salariés de droit privé mis à disposition des pôles sociaux des tribunaux judiciaires, magistrats et directeurs des services de greffe.
Objet : modification de l'article 10 du décret n° 2018-928 du 29 octobre 2018 modifié relatif au contentieux de la sécurité sociale et de l'aide sociale.
Entrée en vigueur : le texte entre en vigueur le lendemain de sa publication.
Notice : le décret prolonge pour une durée de 5 ans la possibilité pour les salariés de droit privé mis à disposition des pôles sociaux des tribunaux judiciaires de continuer à exercer de manière exceptionnelle, après avoir prêté serment, des missions d'assistance aux magistrats lors des audiences des pôles sociaux.
