Chypre : modifications du règlement de la ligne verte

Les modifications portant sur le règlement de la ligne verte ((Règlement (CE) nº 866/2004 du Conseil concernant un régime en application de l'article 2 du protocole nº 10 de l'acte d'adhésion de 2003) ont été adoptées le 16 juin 2008. Cet acte législatif de 2004 et modifié pour la première fois en 2005, définit les modalités de passage des personnes, des marchandises et des services le long de la ligne verte à Chypre. Les nouvelles modifications doivent permettre de faciliter davantage les échanges commerciaux sur l'île de Chypre en supprimant notamment les droits de douane sur les produits agricoles et en augmentant les plafonds sur les marchandises à usage personnel, tout en encadrant l'entrée temporaire des marchandises venant du nord de Chypre.
