Les fonctions de directeur ou directrice de l'Ecole nationale supérieure des arts et techniques du théâtre (ENSATT) sont déclarées vacantes, à compter du 1er mars 2024.
La directrice ou le directeur est nommé pour une durée de cinq ans immédiatement renouvelable une fois, par arrêté du ministre chargé de l'enseignement supérieur, après appel public de candidatures publié au Journal officiel de la République française.
Conformément aux dispositions de l'article 6 du décret n° 91-601 du 27 juin 1991 modifié relatif à l'Ecole nationale supérieure des arts et techniques du théâtre (ENSATT), peuvent être candidates à ces fonctions les personnes qui ont vocation à enseigner à l'école.
Les candidates et candidats doivent attester en priorité d'une expérience avérée dans l'art théâtral et dans le monde culturel. Une bonne connaissance des enjeux de l'enseignement supérieur est également requise. Ils doivent démontrer leur aptitude à piloter un établissement public d'enseignement supérieur, à conduire la politique pédagogique et artistique de l'ENSATT, en lien étroit avec ses directions et l'ensemble de ses responsables pédagogiques, et à en définir les orientations stratégiques aux niveaux régional, national et international.
