En application de l'article L. 2261-15 du code du travail, le ministre du travail, de l'emploi et de la santé envisage de prendre un arrêté tendant à rendre obligatoires, pour tous les employeurs et tous les salariés entrant dans son champ d'application, les dispositions de l'accord ci-après indiqué.
Le texte de cet accord pourra être consulté dans une direction régionale des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l'emploi.
