Le ministre délégué auprès du ministre de l'économie, des finances et de la relance, chargé des comptes publics,
Vu le décret n° 2012-1246 du 7 novembre 2012 modifié relatif à la gestion budgétaire et comptable publique, notamment ses articles 98 et 105 ;
Vu l'arrêté du 26 décembre 2013 modifié relatif au cadre de la gestion budgétaire et au contrôle budgétaire du ministère de l'éducation nationale, de la jeunesse et des sports et du ministère de l'enseignement supérieur, de la recherche et de l'innovation pris en application des articles 88-III et 105 du décret n° 2012-1246 du 7 novembre 2012 relatif à la gestion budgétaire et comptable publique,
Arrête :
L'article 17 de l'arrêté du 26 décembre 2013 susvisé est modifié comme suit :
1° Au I : les mots : « au-dessus » sont remplacés des mots : « à partir » ;
2° Au c du I : après la fin de l'alinéa sont insérés les mots : « ces dépenses d'intervention peuvent faire l'objet d'un visa sur listes ; » ;
3° Au I : le cinquième alinéa du d est supprimé ;
4° Au III : les mots : «...
