Le ministre de l'économie, des finances et de la souveraineté industrielle et numérique et la ministre du travail, de la santé et des solidarités,
Vu le code de la santé publique ;
Vu le code de la sécurité sociale, notamment ses articles L. 162-17 et R. 163-2 à R. 163-14,
Arrêtent :
La liste des spécialités pharmaceutiques remboursables aux assurés sociaux prévue au premier alinéa de l'article L. 162-17 est modifiée conformément aux dispositions qui figurent en annexe.
Le présent arrêté prend effet à compter du quatrième jour suivant la date de sa publication au Journal officiel de la République française.
Le présent arrêté sera publié au Journal officiel de la République française.

Sont inscrites sur la liste des médicaments remboursables aux assurés sociaux les spécialités suivantes.
Les seules indications thérapeutiques ouvrant droit à la prise en charge ou au remboursement par l'assurance maladie sont, pour les spécialités visées ci-dessous :
- chez les adultes avec hypercholestérolémie (familiale hétérozygote, homozygote ou non familiale) ou une dyslipidémie mixte...
