La ministre de la culture,
Vu le code du patrimoine, notamment ses articles L. 631-1 et suivants et R. 631-1 et suivants ;
Vu la loi n° 2016-925 du 7 juillet 2016 modifiée relative à la liberté de la création, à l'architecture et au patrimoine, notamment son article 112 ;
Vu l'arrêté préfectoral du 17 mai 2023 prescrivant sur le territoire de la commune de Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port l'ouverture d'une enquête publique portant sur le projet de classement au titre des sites patrimoniaux remarquables ;
Vu les délibérations du conseil communautaire de la communauté d'agglomération Pays Basque et du conseil municipal de Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port respectivement en date du 9 juillet 2022 et du 20 juin 2022 émettant un avis favorable sur le projet de périmètre du site patrimonial remarquable ;
Vu la proposition de classement adressée au ministre chargé de la culture le 2 décembre 2022 ;
Vu l'avis favorable du 16 mars 2023 émis par la Commission nationale du patrimoine et de l'architecture sur le périmètre proposé ;
Vu le résultat de l'enquête publique et l'avis favorable du 3 août 2023 émis par le commissaire enquêteur ;
Considérant qu'en raison de sa qualité et de sa valeur patrimoniale, la conservation, la restauration, la réhabilitation et la mise en valeur de l'ensemble formé par le site urbain de la commune de Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port et son écrin paysager présentent un intérêt public au point de vue...
