La ministre du travail, de l'emploi et de l'insertion,
Vu le code du travail, notamment ses articles L. 2151-1, L. 2152-1, L. 2261-19 et L. 2152-6 ;
Vu l'accord du 30 octobre 2017 portant fusion des champs d'application des conventions collectives nationales des commerces de gros (n° 0573) et des commerces de gros de la confiserie, chocolaterie, biscuiterie et alimentation fine et des négociants distributeurs de levure (n° 1624) ;
Vu l'arrêté du 27 juillet 2018 portant fusion des champs d'application des conventions collectives nationales des commerces de gros (n° 0573) et du commerce de gros des tissus, tapis et linge de maison (n° 1761) ;
Vu l'arrêté du 9 avril 2019 portant fusion des champs d'application des conventions collectives nationales des commerces de gros (n° 0573) et du négoce en fournitures dentaires (n° 0635) ;
Vu la présentation des résultats de l'audience au Haut Conseil du dialogue social le 7 juillet 2021, conformément aux dispositions de l'article R. 2152-18 du code du travail ;
Vu l'avis du Haut Conseil du dialogue social rendu le 29 septembre 2021, en application de l'article L. 2152-6 du code du travail,

Est reconnue représentative dans la convention collective nationale des commerces de gros (n° 0573), l'organisation professionnelle d'employeurs suivante :
