Le secrétaire d'État auprès du ministre de la transition écologique et de la cohésion des territoires, chargé de la mer et de la biodiversité,
Vu le code des transports, notamment son article L. 5241-4 ;
Vu le décret n° 84-810 du 30 août 1984 modifié relatif à la sauvegarde de la vie humaine en mer, à l'habitabilité à bord des navires et à la prévention de la pollution ;
Vu l'arrêté du 23 novembre 1987 modifié relatif à la sécurité des navires et à la prévention de la pollution, notamment les divisions 110, 120 et 130 du règlement annexé ;
Vu les avis de la Commission centrale de sécurité en date du 7 février 2024 et du 6 mars 2024,
Arrête :
Le règlement annexé à l'arrêté du 23 novembre 1987 modifié relatif à la sécurité des navires et à la prévention de la pollution est modifié conformément aux dispositions des articles 2 à 4 du présent arrêté.
L'article 110.9.1 est ainsi modifié :
1° Le cinquième alinéa est supprimé ;
2° L'article est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé :
« L'effectif minimal requis à bord du navire porteur en application de l'article L. 5522-2 du code des transports doit toujours être respecté quel que soit le...
