Le ministre de l'économie, des finances et de la souveraineté industrielle et numérique et la ministre du travail, de la santé et des solidarités,
Vu le code de la sécurité sociale, notamment son article L. 162-31-1 ;
Vu l'arrêté du 19 décembre 2022 relatif à l'expérimentation « AUTO-NOM » (neuro-orthopédie mobile) ;
Vu l'arrêté du 17 janvier 2024 déterminant le montant prévisionnel de la dotation annuelle du fonds pour l'innovation du système de santé pour l'exercice 2024 ;
Vu l'avis du comité technique de l'innovation en santé en date du 30 avril 2024 ;
Vu le cahier des charges modifié de l'expérimentation « AUTO-NOM » (neuro-orthopédie mobile),
Arrêtent :
A l'article 1er de l'arrêté du 19 décembre 2022 susvisé, les mots : « le cahier des charges » sont remplacés par les mots suivants : « le cahier des charges modifié ».
Le présent arrêté sera publié au Journal officiel de la République française.
