Le ministre des armées,
Vu le décret n° 2010-309 du 22 mars 2010 fixant l'échelonnement indiciaire des corps civils et de certains emplois du ministère de la défense ;
Vu le décret n° 2014-970 du 22 août 2014 modifié relatif au statut d'emploi de conseiller technique de la défense ;
Vu le décret n° 2021-1001 du 29 juillet 2021 autorisant le ministre de la défense à déléguer certains de ses pouvoirs en matière d'administration et de gestion du personnel civil ;
Vu l'arrêté du 22 août 2014 fixant le nombre des emplois de conseiller technique de la défense ;
Vu l'arrêté du 14 novembre 2022 modifié fixant la liste des emplois de conseiller technique de la défense,
Arrête :
L'article 3 de l'arrêté du 14 novembre 2022 susviséest complété par la dispositions suivante :
