Par arrêté du ministre délégué auprès de la ministre de la transition écologique, chargé des transports, en date du 28 février 2022, et en application des dispositions des articles L. 6350-1 à L. 6351-5 du code des transports et R. 241-3 et R. 242-1 du code de l'aviation civile, l'arrêté du 12 mai 1992 approuvant le plan de servitudes aéronautiques de dégagement de l'aérodrome de Jonzac-Neulles (Charente-Maritime) est modifié.
Les documents suivants sont approuvés et annexés à l'arrêté du 12 mai 1992 approuvant le plan de servitudes aéronautiques de dégagement de l'aérodrome de Jonzac-Neulles (Charente-Maritime) :
- le plan d'ensemble n° PSA-A1_SNIA_LFCJ_1, à l'échelle 1/10 000 ;
- la note annexe, qui comprend la notice explicative, la liste des obstacles dépassant les cotes limites et l'état des bornes de repérage d'axe et de calage.
