Vu le code de la consommation ;
Vu le code rural et de la pêche maritime, notamment son article L. 642-4 ;
Vu l'arrêté du 2 décembre 2021 homologuant le cahier des charges de l'appellation d'origine contrôlée « Crémant de Bourgogne » ;
Vu la demande de l'organisme de défense et de gestion de l'appellation d'origine contrôlée « Crémant de Bourgogne » ;
Vu l'avis de la commission permanente du comité national des appellations d'origine relatives aux vins et aux boissons alcoolisées, et des boissons spiritueuses de l'Institut national de l'origine et de la qualité du 7 septembre 2022,
Arrêtent :
A titre exceptionnel et afin de répondre à la situation de crise de la filière viticole résultant du gel du printemps 2021, la disposition relative à la date de mise en marché à destination du consommateur prévue au a du 5° du IX du chapitre Ier du cahier des charges de l'appellation d'origine « Crémant de Bourgogne », est remplacée par :
« Les vins ne peuvent être mis en marché à destination du consommateur qu'à l'issue d'une période...
