La ministre de l'écologie, du développement durable et de l'énergie,
Vu la directive 92/43/CEE du Conseil du 21 mai 1992 modifiée concernant la conservation des habitats naturels ainsi que de la faune et de la flore sauvages, notamment ses articles 3 et 4 et ses annexes I et II ;
Vu la décision de la Commission européenne du 7 novembre 2013 arrêtant, en application de la directive 92/43/CEE du Conseil du 21 mai 1992, la liste des sites d'importance communautaire pour la région biogéographique méditerranéenne ;
Vu le code de l'environnement, notamment le I et le III de l'article L. 414-1 et les articles R. 414-1, R. 414-3, R. 414-4, R. 414-6 et R. 414-7 ;
Vu l'arrêté du 16 novembre 2001 modifié relatif à la liste des types d'habitats naturels et des espèces de faune et de flore sauvages qui peuvent justifier la désignation de zones spéciales de conservation au titre du réseau écologique européen Natura 2000 ;
Vu les avis des communes et des établissements publics de coopération intercommunale concernés,
Arrête :
Est désigné sous l'appellation « site Natura 2000 dôme de Biot » (zone spéciale de conservation FR 9301572) l'espace délimité sur la carte au 1/25 000 ci-jointe, s'étendant dans le département des Alpes-Maritimes sur une partie du territoire de la commune suivante : Biot.
