Le ministre de l'agriculture et de la souveraineté alimentaire,
Vu l'avis de la commission professionnelle consultative commerce du 30 novembre 2023 ;
Vu l'avis du Conseil national de l'enseignement agricole du 22 décembre 2023,
Arrête :
Les arrêtés suivants sont abrogés à compter du 1er janvier 2024 :
-l'arrêté du 10 juillet 2000 portant création et fixant les conditions de délivrance du certificat de spécialisation « responsable technico-commercial : produits carnés » ;
-l'arrêté du 10 juillet 2000 portant création et fixant les conditions de délivrance du certificat de spécialisation « responsable technico-commercial : fruits et légumes » ;
-l'arrêté du 10 juillet 2000 portant création et fixant les conditions de délivrance du certificat de spécialisation « responsable technico-commercial : horticulture ornementale » ;
-l'arrêté du 9 juillet 2001 portant création et fixant les conditions de délivrance du certificat de spécialisation « responsable technico-commercial en industries agroalimentaires : produits laitiers ».
