La ministre de la transition écologique et la ministre du travail, de l'emploi et de l'insertion,
Vu le code du travail, notamment son article L. 2261-15 ;
Vu l'arrêté du 1er février 1955 et les arrêtés successifs portant extension de la convention collective nationale des transports routiers et des activités auxiliaires du transport du 21 décembre 1950 et des textes qui l'ont complétée ou modifiée ;
Vu l'accord du 1er décembre 2020 relatif au travail à temps partiel dans les entreprises de transport interurbain de voyageurs, conclu dans le cadre de la convention collective nationale susvisée ;
Vu la demande d'extension présentée par les organisations signataires ;
Vu l'avis publié au Journal officiel de la République française du 13 février 2021 ;
Vu les avis recueillis au cours de l'enquête ;
Vu l'avis motivé de la Commission nationale de la négociation collective, de l'emploi et de la formation professionnelle (sous-commission des conventions et accords), rendu lors de la séance du 9 novembre 2021,
