Le ministre de l'économie, des finances et de la souveraineté industrielle et numérique et le ministre de la santé et de la prévention,
Vu le code de la santé publique ;
Vu le code de la sécurité sociale, notamment ses articles L. 165-1 à L. 165-5 et R. 165-1 à R. 165-28 ;
Vu l'avis de la Commission nationale d'évaluation des dispositifs médicaux et des technologies de santé du 22 novembre 2022,
Arrêtent :
Au titre I de la liste des produits et prestations remboursables, chapitre 1er, section 1, sous-section 2, au paragraphe 1 « Oxygénothérapie », dans la rubrique « Forfaits OLT - Concentrateurs en poste fixe », à la sous-rubrique « Société INVACARE POIRIER SAS (INVACARE) », la date de fin de prise en charge du code 1148130 correspondant à PLATINUM 9 est remplacée par le 15 mars 2028.
Au titre I de la liste des produits et prestations remboursables, chapitre 1er, section 1, sous-section 2, au paragraphe 5 « Forfaits hebdomadaires correspondants à l'association de deux forfaits de l'insuffisance respiratoire », la date de fin de prise en charge des codes 1182612, 1125287, 1100229, 1190161, 1196880, 1194064 et 1173174 correspondants à PLATINUM 9 est remplacée par le 15 mars...
