Le ministre de l'économie, des finances et de la souveraineté industrielle et numérique et la ministre du travail, de la santé et des solidarités,

Vu le code de la sécurité sociale, notamment ses articles L. 165-11 et R. 165-49 à R. 165-62 ;
Vu l'arrêté du 28 novembre 2013 modifié fixant au titre de l'année 2013 les catégories homogènes de produits de santé mentionnées aux articles L. 165-11 et R. 165-49 du code de la sécurité sociale ;
Vu l'avis de la Commission nationale d'évaluation des dispositifs médicaux et des technologies de santé (CNEDiMTS) en date du 25 juillet 2023,
Arrêtent :
Au titre Ier de la liste des produits de santé financés au titre des prestations d'hospitalisation, chapitre 2 « Défibrillateurs cardiaques implantables sans sonde endocavitaire » est ajoutée la rubrique suivante :
