Vu le décret n° 2005-850 du 27 juillet 2005 relatif aux délégations de signature des membres du Gouvernement ;
Vu le décret du 9 janvier 2024 portant nomination du Premier ministre ;
Vu le décret du 8 février 2024 relatif à la composition du Gouvernement ;
Vu l'arrêté du 20 février 2024 portant nomination au cabinet de la ministre déléguée auprès de la ministre du travail, de la santé et des solidarités, de la ministre de l'éducation nationale et de la jeunesse et du garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, chargée de l'enfance, de la jeunesse et des familles,

Délégation permanente est donnée à M. David BLIN, directeur du cabinet, à l'effet de signer, au nom de la ministre déléguée auprès de la ministre du travail, de la santé et des solidarités, de la ministre de l'éducation nationale et de la jeunesse et du garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, chargée de l'enfance, de la jeunesse et des familles, tous actes, arrêtés et décisions, à l'exclusion des décrets, en ce qui concerne les affaires pour lesquelles délégation n'a pas été donnée aux personnes...
