Vu le courrier du 13 juin 2023 informant du transfert d'exploitant de l'articulation de genou pour orthèse de membre inférieur SWING PHASE LOCK 2 de la société PROTEOR vers la société BASKO HEALTHCARE ;
Vu l'avis de la Commission nationale d'évaluation des dispositifs médicaux et des technologies de santé du 30 mai 2023,
Arrêtent :
Au titre II de la liste des produits et prestations remboursables, chapitre 7, section II, B. - Orthopédie du membre inférieur, paragraphe 2. - Adjonctions, dans le paragraphe « Genou », au « A. - Applicables aux appareils articulés au genou », dans la rubrique « Particulières aux appareils OI 39 et O I36 » :
1. La rubrique « Société PROTEOR HANDICAP TECHNOLOGIE SA (PROTEOR) » devient la rubrique « Société BASKO HEALTHCARE (BASKO) » ;
