La ministre de l'Europe et des affaires étrangères,
Vu le décret n° 2005-850 du 27 juillet 2005 modifié relatif aux délégations de signature des membres du Gouvernement ;
Vu le décret du 16 mai 2022 portant nomination du Premier ministre ;
Vu le décret du 20 mai 2022 relatif à la composition du Gouvernement,
Arrête :
A compter du 1er septembre 2023, délégation est donnée à M. Thierry FLANDROIS, secrétaire de chancellerie, chef du bureau de la gestion financière de l'hôtel de la ministre, à l'effet de signer, dans la limite de ses attributions, toutes pièces justificatives relatives aux dépenses et aux opérations de régularisation, notamment tous documents comptables relatifs à l'engagement, à la liquidation et à l'ordonnancement de la dépense, et tous ordres de recettes.
En cas d'absence de M. Thierry FLANDROIS, la délégation prévue à l'alinéa précédent est dévolue à Mme Rania PENGUILLY, adjointe administrative principale de 1re classe de chancellerie, adjointe au chef du bureau de la gestion financière de l'hôtel de la ministre.
Les deux arrêtés du 19 juillet 2022 portant délégation de signature (NOR : EAEC2221346A et EAEC2221343A) sont abrogés.
