Par arrêté du ministre de l'économie, des finances et de la souveraineté industrielle et numérique et de la ministre de la transition énergétique en date du 1er août 2022, le permis exclusif de recherches de mines d'hydrocarbures conventionnels liquides ou gazeux, dit « Permis de Plivot », situé dans le département de la Marne, est prolongé jusqu'au 31 octobre 2025 sur une superficie inchangée.
En vue de comparer les dépenses faites à l'engagement financier souscrit dans la demande de prolongation, soit 1 000 000 euros, les dépenses réalisées seront actualisées par application de la formule d'indexation figurant à l'article 44 du décret n° 2006-648 du 2 juin 2006 modifié relatif aux titres miniers et aux titres de stockage souterrain.
Le texte complet de l'arrêté sera notifié à la société IPC Petroleum France SA par les soins du préfet de la Marne qui en fera également assurer sous forme d'extrait :
