Publics concernés : personnes titulaires d'un permis de conduire un véhicule terrestre à moteur, magistrats de l'ordre judiciaire, greffiers et autres agents des services judiciaires.
Objet : fixation des modalités techniques de l'accès des autorités judiciaires aux données et informations mentionnées à l'article L. 225-1 du code de la route pour l'application de l'article L. 225-4 du même code.
Entrée en vigueur : le texte entre en vigueur le lendemain de sa publication.
Notice : l'article 1er du présent arrêté identifie les personnes ayant un accès direct aux données nominatives enregistrées dans le Système national des permis de conduire. Les modalités techniques de l'accès aux données et informations enregistrées dans le Système national des permis de conduire sont détaillées dans une annexe jointe au présent arrêté.
