Par arrêté du ministre délégué auprès du ministre de l'économie, des finances et de la souveraineté industrielle et numérique, chargé de l'industrie et de l'énergie, en date du 17 juin 2024, le permis exclusif de recherches de gîtes géothermiques, dit « Permis de Terre d'Energies », dans le département du Bas-Rhin, est accordé à la société Électricité de Strasbourg SA.
Il est situé sur tout ou partie des territoires des communes d'Aschbach, Buhl, Hatten, Hoffen, Hunspach, Ingolsheim, Oberrœdern, Rittershoffen, Schœnenbourg, Seebach, Soultz-sous-Forêts, Stundwiller et Trimbach.
Conformément à l'extrait de carte au 1/100 000 annexé au présent arrêté, le périmètre de ce permis, d'une superficie de 52 kilomètres carrés...
