La ministre de l'économie, de l'industrie et de l'emploi,
Vu le code monétaire et financier, notamment son article L. 313-51 ;
Vu le règlement n° 2000-06 du Comité de la réglementation bancaire et financière du 6 septembre 2000 relatif aux adhérents et aux ressources du mécanisme de garantie des cautions ;
Vu l'avis du comité consultatif de la législation et de la réglementation financières en date du 10 mars 2010,
Arrête :
I. - Le règlement n° 2000-06 du Comité de la réglementation bancaire et financière du 6 septembre 2000 relatif aux adhérents et aux ressources du mécanisme de garantie des cautions est modifié comme suit :
1° Le premier alinéa de l'article 6 est remplacé par la disposition suivante :
« Cent pour cent du montant total d'une cotisation annuelle ne sont pas versés par un établissement adhérent lorsque cet...
