Le ministre du travail, de la solidarité et de la fonction publique,
Vu le code du travail, notamment son article L. 2261-15 ;
Vu l'arrêté du 6 janvier 2004 et les arrêtés successifs, notamment l'arrêté du 10 août 2009, portant extension de la convention collective nationale des entreprises d'architecture du 27 février 2003 et des textes la complétant ou la modifiant ;
Vu l'accord régional (Aquitaine) du 8 décembre 2009, relatif à la valeur du point, conclu dans le cadre de la convention collective nationale susvisée ;
Vu la demande d'extension présentée par les organisations signataires ;
Vu l'avis publié au Journal officiel du 25 mars 2010 ;
Vu les avis recueillis au cours de l'enquête ;
Vu l'avis motivé de la Commission nationale de la négociation collective (sous-commission des conventions et accords), recueilli suivant la procédure prévue à l'article R. 2261-5 du code du travail,
Arrête :
Sont rendues obligatoires, pour tous les employeurs et tous les salariés compris dans le champ d'application professionnel de la convention collective nationale des entreprises d'architecture du 27 février 2003, et dans son propre champ d'application territorial, les dispositions de l'accord régional (Aquitaine) du 8 décembre 2009, relatif à la valeur du point, conclu dans le cadre de la convention collective nationale...
