Le ministre de l'intérieur et des outre-mer,
Vu le code pénal, notamment son article 413-7 ;
Vu le code de la défense, notamment ses articles R. 1143-1 à R. 1143-8 et R. 2311-1 à R. 2311-8 ;
Vu le décret n° 2013-728 du 12 août 2013 modifié portant organisation de l'administration centrale du ministère de l'intérieur et du ministère des outre-mer ;
Vu l'arrêté du 9 août 2021 portant approbation de l'instruction générale interministérielle n° 1300 sur la protection du secret de la défense nationale,
Arrête :
Les locaux et installations de la direction nationale du renseignement territorial, dont la liste est décrite ci-dessous, sont désignés comme zone protégée, dont l'accès est interdit aux personnes non autorisées, conformément à l'article 413-7 du code pénal.
